Cornerstone Christian High School Board Members

Ryan and his wife Judy are proud parents of four boys who attend Jarvis Community Christian School and are committed to Christian education. Both Ryan and Judy were educated in Christian schools, which solidified their passion for supporting institutions like Cornerstone Christian High School. In addition to their involvement in education, Ryan currently serves as an elder and finance committee member at their church. Together, they operate a mixed farm, and Ryan has also spent over 13 years selling and servicing milking equipment as part of his community engagement, which aligns with his role as one of the board members dedicated to fostering local initiatives.

Mark and his wife Rachel are parents of three children who attend Jarvis Community Christian School. Growing up in Christian schools himself, Mark deeply values Christ-centred education and strong community involvement. Active members of York CRC, Mark and Rachel engage in both church and school life, with Rachel serving as one of the board members for JCCS. Together, they run a grain and custom farming business near Hagersville. Mark is excited to help establish Cornerstone Christian High School as a nurturing environment where future generations can grow to love and serve Jesus.

Katlyn and her husband Joe are proud parents to three energetic boys who attend Jarvis Community Christian School. She is actively involved at Kingsway Christian Church through nursery and worship ministry. Katlyn works at Wilfrid Laurier University as an Associate Director in Accessible Learning and brings over 10 years of experience in post‑secondary education, academic support, and accessibility services. As a certified OCT teacher, she is excited for her children to attend Cornerstone Christian High School, where they can thrive in Christian education and grow in faith while building strong academic foundations. Additionally, she values the insights of the board members at Cornerstone as they work to enhance the educational experience.

Jeff Hogeterp and his wife Chris are proud parents of four children and grandparents to six. Their family has a longstanding commitment to Christian education, with their children and grandchildren attending JCCS, HDCH, and CCS. Jeff has previously served as a board member on the JCCS board and as an elder at Jarvis Ebenezer CRC, where he and Chris continue to worship. They share a deep passion for Christian education and are excited to see Cornerstone Christian High School serve families across Haldimand‑Norfolk and beyond.
